Our kitchen focuses on high-quality, seasonal and regional ingredients and combines classic culinary art with modern, creative touches. Whether light or hearty—we have the perfect dish for every taste.
All dishes are prepared for you with the utmost care and a commitment to high quality—and, of course, we offer a daily vegetarian main course as well as other vegetarian dishes from our regular menu.

COFFEE&CAKE
Fresh cakes and fine pastries are created daily in our in-house patisserie—lovingly handmade with an eye for the exceptional. Whether it’s classic favorites like apple cake or cheesecake, elegant individual pastries, or artfully crafted French tarts, our display case delights both the eyes and the palate—perfect for enjoying in the café or taking away.
The assortment is complemented by a seasonally changing selection of vegan and gluten-free creations, including popular highlights such as the Vegan Blueberry, a fruity Apple Pie, or our Vegan Opéra.

Our bakery will delight you with freshly baked stollen—available as either a classic Christmas stollen or a delicate marzipan stollen. Starting with the Advent weekends, you’ll also find a lovingly curated selection of traditional cookies such as vanilla crescents, hazelnut sticks, and other Christmas favorites. Of course, our famous Frankfurt Bethmännchen are a must during this special time—a true holiday classic.
In addition, you can look forward to special Christmas creations, including our artfully crafted Bûche de Noël, which brings the magic of French Christmas pastries to your table. This exquisite holiday specialty is available for pre-order for Christmas and will sweeten your celebrations in a very special way.
